Placing An Order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through this website you are making an offer to Everlasting Wishes to purchase the goods specified in your order upon the terms described in your order. When you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Everlasting Wishes for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Your Right To Cancel
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of personalising your item. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of either substituting your order with a different product or cancelling the order.

The price shown for the goods includes gift wrapping and packaging unless specifically stated and includes VAT.

Delivery/Postage
The price shown for the goods excludes delivery/postage unless specifically stated. The charges for delivery/postage are shown in the drop down box beneath each item and are charged at cost plus VAT. UK items are sent via Royal Mail, and international items are sent via Airmail. All dates quoted for delivery/postage are estimated dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery/postage at any time other than the estimated date for delivery/postage.
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your goods or our service, please contact us immediately and we will do all that we can to remedy the situation. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please return it to us within 14 days, stating exactly what is wrong with it. We will either offer you a refund or a replacement item. Please contact us BEFORE returning the item and let us know what is wrong. Personalised goods can not be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
Conformity of Goods
Every care is taken to ensure that accurate descriptions and specifications of our products are given, however specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. In addition the colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
